Betrothals

I am one of those moms that tries to match up each of my kids up with someone good to marry at sometime (way far) in the future. I know it is probably lame and somehow wrong but I want my kids to marry into cool families- you know- families that I like and have good and cute kids at the appropriate age. I know that this will probably not work out the way I have planned but a mom can dream can't she?

This is my son Z and he is betrothed to this little doll Katelyn. She is as sweet as they come. Cam and I love her parents. They are close friends of our and are just about the coolest family to marry into. They are just awesome. Oh-- did I mention that my Zerin is named after Katelyn's dad? Would that be too weird to marry the guy that was named after your father? Oh well, it is already set up with a verbal agreement between parents.

This is Natalie and she has known this cutie pie since before she was one. We used to drive by the Timpanogus Temple and Nat would say "look mommy it's the Timpanogus Temple, where I am going to marry Jack". Jack and Natalie have always been great friends and Jack comes from a very much approved family. Jack's family is awesome and we love them. Definitely a meant to be couple. How cute will their kids be??
Now for Jane

Worthy of Jane

This is my Jane. She is sweet and cute and is showing signs of great intelligence. She is from the craziest family you will ever meet. We are now accepting applications for a (way far in the) future spouse. Those who seek a betrothal with Jane should posses the following qualifications:

Must be cute and nice.

The suitor's family should not be much crazier that Jane's family

Must be a hard worker

Must be friends with her parents

Things that will further along an application:

coming from a rich and/ or well educated family.
There are a lot more qualifications required to get to marry my Jane but meeting these qualification will get you in the door. I will interrogate approved applicants and their families further into the application process.

This one is a possibility! What do you think Kimberly? How about a double wedding? (This is Sam, Jack's little brother)

Shopping drunk

This has been bugging since yesterday. I was in Safeway yesterday and while I was in the check out line there was a lady in front of me with an out of control two year old. She was kinda talking funny and kept rambling on about her three other kids. She said she had a 4yr old and a 6 yr old also. Then as I looked in her cart by her little two year old there was a bottle thing (I am pretty naive, so I am a little slow when it comes to these kinds of things) but the stupid lady was DRUNK!!!!!!!!! How- How do you get drunk in the middle of the day in a grocery store with a baby???? How could someone do that. She was gone before I could really do anything or say anything. I have just been sick thinking about those poor children and how that woman needs help. OK- Thanks I just needed to vent about that a little more. I guess sometimes a prayer is all the help you can give.
